Shs.6000 Which Was Embezzled

Map of shs.6000 WHICH WAS EMBEZZLED A good number of Africans appreciate much any view that includes white men in solving problems regarding to the community needs. World vision uganda came out to promise our citizens all the possible basic services. The local council leader welcomed this idea so much and they pledged to erect a building where to situate its offices. A by-law was initaited that every grown up person was to pay shs.6000.Almost three quarters of the population payed the amount because they wanted improved services. Nevertheless,the foundation was dug and no any single coin was refunded to the citizens. Read more.
