Project Personnel

Roxie McGovern - Acting Executive Director

Roxanne has Bachelors of Fine Art with an emphasis in print making from The Pacific Northwest college of Art in Portland, OR . She is a working artist and continues to show her work around the United States. In 2010-2011 she partnered with Portland Community College leading demos for their print department classes and participated in Rock Creek's Art Beat Week.

Mary Miller Doyle - Lead Teaching Artist

Mary has a BS from University of Oregon, followed by classes at Oregon School of Arts and Craft, a year of illustration study at the Art Institute of Boston and workshops at Tuscany Institute for The Arts, Italy and Savannah College of Arts, Georgia. Her teaching experience includes a Crayon D'Ache Workshop for Portland Community College, years of Color and Joy Workshop, and school artist in res.
