The Poor Mediator

Map of THE POOR MEDIATOR Two months ago a person attempted to solve a problem between two neighbours bore no fruit due to lack of evidence and witness. One of the neighbours stole a hen from the other neighbour. The neighbour's thief was called Agisu and the affected was called Tim. Tim came with the hen from upcountry but after a few days Agisu stole it because of hunger in his family. Agisu had three children and he ate the chicken and warned the children not to tell anyone leaving the young kid. Tim'smain suspect was Agisu because they ar enext to each other . Tim went and brought a very fierce war between the two. When the mediator came, he tried to solve this conflict by asking the kids whether they have eaten chicken but they denied. Tye man inspected Agisu's house but saw no sign of chicken remains. He decided to declare Agisu innocent making the matter worse and he was even beaten by Tim. Read more.

Tradegy

Map of Tradegy Education has its roots well structured here,all have to go to school no matter the difficulties. This was not almost not being achieved by these people of family.Before one could blink their eyes and open them they lost everything. It was a family of six, both parents and four children.Time came when the number seven member was to be welcomed.The father being a jua kali worker the mother being a house wife,this means living below the poverty ,level.The mother was taken to hospital and she died in the process of delivery.To make matters complicated the baby was blessed to be alive. The expense for the burial was a problem to this community/family.The mother dead with a new born. Read more.

By a female, 22-30 years old, in Webuye, Kenya
Map of By the time Mr and Mrs Wanjira were bringing up their six children, villagers used to laugh and make fun at them, reasons that they had given birth to a big number of children in order to make the ends meet. But one thing this couple did not forget is to educate their kids and putting a deaf ear to what their neighbours said. the home that had seemed to exist has really changes. All of their children have reached university level.Some two are lecturers in Public universities, the rest are holding big posts in the Kenya government. the people who mocked them are the ones that worship them. This home is like a palace. For sure, things can change. these kids are a blessing to their parents. Read more.
