Project Personnel

Sarah Smith - Executive Director

Sarah has been the Executive Director of Foster Angels of Central Texas since its inception in 2010. She previously taught special needs children in the public school system in Austin, but has always had an interest in the well-being of children in the foster care system.

Ted Oakley - President, Board of Directors

Ted founded Foster Angels of Central Texas in 2010. In addition to his philanthropic work, he runs an investment business with several offices throughout the state of Texas
