Project beneficiaries are proceedings on well and they have a reason to smile after receiving seeds and organic fertilizer they are now enjoying variety of vegetables and other short period crops.
They have appreciated the changes they have seen on productivity after using organic fertilizer which not only resulted on high yields but also rich in nutrients and good for their health as they are chemical free. We are training them on value additions techniques and encouraging them to practice them with the surplus vegetables they are currently harvesting.
One of the beneficiaries was lucky to be employed as health worker in Molo sub county hospital where she is training other infected people on diets, support groups, income generating activities among others. This has given the beneficiary opportunity to share with others and especially those still affected by stigma the importance of accepting the situation they are in and be ready to move on with life without fear. She has become a role model and she has created a lot of impacts even to the affected communities/ families. Thank you to our well-wishers who have continuously supported and considered this group as part of the community.
