Luigi Ferrer - Executive Director

Luigi is a Marine Biologist & concerned environmentalist, an experienced bisexual & LGBT activist, a nationally-recognized HIV/AIDS activist, Health Care & Non-Profit Consultant.

Vivian Marthell - Program Director

Vivian is a conceptual artist, her work often explores issues of gender, identity, and race. She has over eight years experience working with youth, Vivian directed an arts summer camp for children, and worked on arts curriculum integration in the Albuquerque school system. She served as Pridelines’ Executive Director for two years.

Jessica Lam - Program Coordinator

Jessica is an experienced speaker, advocate and spokesperson for women’s and transgender issues, and has appeared on numerous TV shows including Larry King Live and Don Francisco Presentas. She provides support for youth programs and serves as facilitator for our transgender program: Between Here and Somewhere Else.
