Mr. Javid holds a bachelors degree and has over 13 years experience in the humanitarian field. An Afghan national, he has been leading MSIA for several years and is responsible for much of its success. Mr. Javid will be responsible for the overall strategic direction of the project.
Dr. Shams is a physician and lecturer at Kabul University. Dr. Shams will be responsible for day to day management of the project and project staff.
Miss Walker has a Masters Degree in Contorl of Infectious Diseases from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and worked for several NGOs across Africa before joining MSI. Miss Walker will provide programmatic support and strategic advice to all projects implemented in Afghanistan.
