What is the issue, problem, or challenge?
Beninese entrepreneurs represent an untapped potential for the creation of wealth and jobs. There is the need to make their entreprise more competitive and capable of moving into the external markets, further processing local commodities and creating more jobs.
How will this project solve this problem?
To this end, AAE Benin has a number of projects/programmes such as Civic Projects and Lobbying, Community Outreach, Mentorship on Investment Clubbing, Production of Handbook on Investment Club, Membership Handbook and Operational expenses.
Potential Long Term Impact
AAE Benin is helping marginalized yet enterprising people, whose efforts towards a better tomorrow are hampered by illiteracy, unfavorable economic policies and poor enterprise support infrastructures. We hope to help alleviate these problems and challenges within the limited resources of AAE Benin through knowledge, information-sharing, partnership, advocacy, investment clubbing, grass root training et cetera.
