Dr. Sunitha Krishnan is an eminent social trafficking activist internationally known for her fight against girl child trafficking for the purposes of commercial sexual exploitation. An Ashoka Fellow Dr Krishnan has been playing a major role in the rescue, restoration, rehabilitation and reintegration of survivors of trafficking through “Prajwala†a non-profit anti-trafficking organization.
