30 ergonomic looms were distributed in families in rural areas. The impact of these looms was assessed on the health and income of these families. •58.3% of the ergonomic loom users stated that their income had improved, and 29.2% said it had not changed. Also major drop in complaints related to health was noticed in the ergonomic loom users versus the traditional loom users.
