The Dream Home provides girls ages 13-18, rescued from sex trafficking a safe, loving place to live and the aftercare restoration necessary to realize a hopeful new future, one built on her dreams. Each girl receives personalized care to heal from her past and provide opportunities for her future. A girl who finds her home here finds a new beginning. Support 80 abandoned children in Cape Town

Fikelela Childrens Centre is based in Khayelitsha - a township in Cape Town that has high numbers of orphans and abandoned children. One in three adults is HIV+, and the community has a high level of unemployment, crime and shack housing. Many struggle to get enough food. We run a children's home to care for the children while we find a loving 'forever family' in the community. We are desperate to ensure Retrak is prepared and equipped to help as many of the children as possible. Improving Maternal-Infant Health for Mayan Women

In rural areas of Guatemala, 80% of women lack access to qualified medical attention. Poverty, illness, and malnutrition threaten the lives of expectant mothers in the rural Mayan communities of Guatemala and can rob their newborns of a healthy future. Pueblo a Pueblo helps children before they are born- by offering access to vital prenatal and postnatal care for indigenous women in this region, as well as medical care to their babies during their most vulnerable period from birth to age 5. read updates from the field

Plant 50,000 Walnut and Cherry Trees in Morocco

Morocco  Economic Development   Project of the Month Club

In response to the demand of rural Moroccan communities for fruit trees and their need to transition from subsistence to modern agriculture, this project will build a community tree nursery totaling 25,000 cherry and 25,000 walnut saplings in the High Atlas Mountains. Villagers especially request these particular trees because they do not require pesticides, have a high market value, and local people already possess vital skills for maintaining the trees and marketing their fruit. read updates from the field
