Challenge

Death to HIV/AIDS is 80,000 people every year. About 15 % of the youth are also affected with HIV/AIDS. 135,000 Ugandans get infected every. 1.8 million Orphans due to HIV/AIDS. 10 persons will receive 10 cows in 1st year 40 members will receive 40 improved goats in 1st year 200 orphans will receive blankets in 1st year 9,000 students of 30 schools & 15,000 community members will be sensitized on HIV/AIDS & made aware.

Solution

Educate, train, mobilize, sensitize , awareness campaigns on the causes, spread, signs & effects of HIV/AIDS. Encourage HIV / AIDS testing, Counseling & training in zero grazing of cows & goats. Print sign posts with warning message about HIV/AIDS

Long-Term Impact

40% increase in animal production. 60% of the targeted persons achieve 40 increase in animal production, milk hence income. 90% of the targeted persons accessing HIV/AIDS services hence reduced incidents of the disease. Strengthen management.
