More Information About this ProjectProject Needs and BeneficiariesPEARL World Youth News, a unique web-based news service managed by iEARN-USA and the Daniel Pearl Foundation seeks $1,000 to fund Online Teacher Profession Development Course to train 50 teachers in the PEARL Reporter Certification Program. ActivitiesUsing iEARN’s Internet-based network of schools, 200 students from 45 countries have been trained and certified to report and write stories on issues impacting their countries and communities. This is the first global student news service. Funding InformationTotal Funding Received to Date: $385 Funding InformationThis project is now in implementation and no longer available for funding. Received funds will be used to accomplish concrete objectives as indicated in the project's "Activities" section. Updates will be posted under the "Progress Report" tab as they become available. Donors' contributions and pledges to this project totaled $385. The original project funding goal was $1,000.
