Dell employees have been volunteering in the schools G.H.P.S. Appareddy Palya (kannada), G.H.P.S. Jogu Palya (Tamil) , G.H.P.S. Jogu Palya (Urdu) schools. The kids are children of day laborers and have requirement of basic reading and writing materials. Dell employees during the interaction with the children in the schools routinely come across situation where there is a need that they can fulfill individually.
