Afghanistan  Children
An estimated 106 million children - 6% of the world's young people - suffer from a moderate to severe disability. Our project will provide free corrective surgery, prosthetic limbs and physical therapy to children with limb disabilities in developing countries in Centra Asia. Children are referred to our programs by local doctors, educators, community leaders, family and friends. Their condition is evaluated and appropriate treatment is delivered.
