ENLACES: Creating Leaders Through Art. Fundacion Calicanto's program works with children in social risk (from 7 to 12 years old) who live in the Historic District and its surrounding poor neighborhoods. With school journeys of just half a day, the kids spend a lot of unsupervised time in the street, exposed to violence and gangs.
