Helping Moldovan orphans to live independently

Children
Without parents or guardians to teach them basic life skills, youth often fall victim to homelessness, substance abuse and human trafficking. CERI's Transitional Care program equips youth aging out of government-run orphanages with the knowledge and resources needed to make it on their own. Youth age out of orphanages upon completion of the ninth grade or at age sixteen.
