There are evacuation center in Minamisanriku that were only able to get one day's worth of relief supplies every three days. Civic Force staff encountered a small-scale evacuation center while pounding the pavement in search of places that were not receiving relief. When we delivered some vital food products and daily necessities, a fisherman in his 60s looked at the supplies, and his eyes fell on cans of tuna.
