The Save Up Program is an individual development account savings and financial education program that helps families who qualify for Earned Income Tax Credits to achieve asset purchase. Participants receive intensive financial education and save their own money, which is matched 2 to 1 for each dollar by RISE to purchase assets such as homes, cars or computers.
