Women and Girls
We empower girl students to form groups called Bal Sabhas or a Girls' Councils, which are elected democratically by all students in the school. The girls engage in role playing and storytelling, which leads to an increase in the participation and helps in developing critical thinking, problem solving, communication, leadership skills and many more. This year, our target is to prepare 5,070 girls in 390 schools to lead their life and their communities.
