Improve performance for 14,562 rural Pupils

This project plans to mobilize full participation of community, students and Government on education and build a Library to supplement curricular books freely and computer related services to 14,562 school students at Rufiji District in Tanzania due to low enrollment ratio and poor student performance. Also, a Resource Centre will disseminate relevant development information needed by rural communities.
