The children at risk are a major social problem in the society which needs to be given due to consideration to address their problems of the children. The children in menace are not able to enjoy their legitimate right to play associate and educate. In this connection, CARDS realized the need in rescuing the abandoned and runaway children and observed the growing intensity of the problem of massive migration of the rural children into city as an worrying phenomenon.
