The war on drugs has many victims. Repressions, prisons, humiliation, ill-treatment and death is often what is there to offer to a person with drug dependency. We believe, that instead, what should be provided is respect, protection of human rights, access to quality health services including drug treatment and HIV prevention and care for people with drug problems
