Project Anchor is a specialized program that will aid female adolescent victims (ages 14-19) of sexual and physical abuse through the three stages of healing. Each group session will have a therapeutic goal & hands on activities including journeling, art and music therapies. This program will change the lives of these young women and provide them with encouragement, support and a place to heal, thrive and overcome.
