"Children of the Night With Out Walls" (WOW) goes to the Streets providing trained, skilled, expert staff to shelters nationwide offering sophisticated case management, educational programs, legal services, professional volunteers, fundraising expertise and in-kind donations. WOW offers teenagers on the streets access to birth certificates, school records, social security cards, transportation to critical social services, case management, job placement, educational services and GED testing.
