The Pongo Fund is Oregon's Pet Food Bank. Because hungry people have hungry pets. We work for the day when no dog or cat goes hungry or ends up in a shelter simply because their families cannot afford to keep them fed. By providing both emergency pet food supplies and spay-neuter assistance to struggling families, we succeed in reducing shelter populations and keeping people and their pets together.
