In this thanks giving season letter we would like to share some of the most important events with you about the program you have supported. Your support has enabled us to provide free distribution of sewing machines during 2013 -14 to 58 poor youth and women and brought smiles in their faces now.
Without you, it was not possible for them to buy these machines and start their sewing at their homes or get trainings. Now their sewing is going on well and they are working at their homes and earning handsome money.
Read what Savithri said “ I am from a poor family. I have 3 children. my husband is working casual labor. What he earn is not sufficient to feed our children and to send them to school. With your generous help, I learned sewing. After completing my tailoring training, I received a sewing machine. I got a free sewing machine with your generous donation.
Now I am working at my home, earning and looking after my children. This business changed my family. Now myself and my family members feel, we are secure.
On behalf of my family, I thank you for your generous help given to us.
If possible, You can bring more smiles in poor families, As Thanks giving days are nearing, Can you able spare one hour of your valuable busy schedule time to explain about our projects and why you are inspired to your friends and neighbors? Your support enabled us to provide 28 sewing machines to disadvantage women, 11 embroidery cots to poor & S.T women, who are already trained in our program and now they are doing their own business and are happily sending their children to school without any difficulty.
CHHASE is a mediator to provide training program, but the major part is yours by providing us funds. We once again thank for your generous donation to women and youth skills training program.
Your support towards these under privileged will bring bright future and make them remember you lifelong. One of our trained beneficiary said that “when my husband died in September 2012, I have been left alone with two female kids and not knowing what to do to earn little money to send my children to school and to feed my children. My husband left me nothing but the two female kids. Because of my poor condition, I have studied only 6th grade. In this critical juncture, I heard about the tailoring training in CHHASE NGO and joined the tailoring course and successfully completed. On hearing my pathetic condition from my neighbors, CHHASE has provided me a sewing machine freely”.
“NowI am working at home and earn hand some money while being at home and looking after my children. I thank you my donors for giving safe life for me and to my children.”
