I apologize for any inconvenience, but I am resending this update with corrected links to our other microprojects.  The links in the previous update had broken links.

Thank you for donating to this wonderful project.  Lola and Elsa met just a few weeks ago, although it was determined during that time that Elsa was not the service dog for Lola.  Lola needs a dog trained in stability as well and because Lola is such a timid sweet girl, a dog that would be more of a take charge personality.  We respect the trainer for identifying this so quickly as opposed to trying the wait and see game.  It was tramatic for this family to have to wait a few more months, but the trainer is confident that this Bella will be a much better match.  They should meet in Spring, 2016.

While this campaign has closed, here are a few other projects that might interest you:

The Chelsea Hutchison Foundation grants comfort and hope to those affected by epilepsy through providing monitoring resources, vital information, and a safe haven for conversation and community. Our main goal is to raise awareness of SUDEP and to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals and families living with epilepsy.

We raise funds to provide education about SUDEP and to provide seizure response dog grants and movement monitors that help to protect against SUDEP.  SUDEP is an acronym for Sudden Unexpected (Unexplained) Death in Epilepsy.

We stay up-to-date on current trends in medical technology in order to be able to provide the most effective devices as they become available.  We respect the value and quality of life of every person living with epilepsy.

We are dedicated to providing opportunities that allow individuals and families greater independence, increased confidence, ability to enjoy social environments, and community understanding.

Thank you again for your support!
