On behalf of Yvonne and the rest of the Africa Soma Organization we would like to thank you for your donations to Yvonne's high school scholarship. We asked Yvonne to tell us how she felt when she heard she had been granted the scholarship. This is what she wrote us:
"It was on that day when our K.C.P.E. (Kenyan Certificate of Primary Education) results were announced when I heard the message. I was very glad to hear that I got a sponsorship from Africa SOMA. school work. The scholarship has really helped me in many ways especially in saving my parents the burden of paying my school fees. I appreciate Africa SOMA so much and say thank you for their offer which has really helped many of us.
I was so happy to get the information and my parents were also glad to you Africa SOMA because you have really saved them and may God bless you so much. My parents told me to work very hard towards this. My primary teachers were also very happy about the information of me winning the scholarship and we really appreciate you. Thank you."
We, as the board members of Africa SOMA would also like to thank you for your donation. Thanks to your support Yvonne can continue to work towards her dream of becoming a doctor.
