Our dear supporters and would be ones,
I am glad to present a final report of the (help shpping books for orphans in Africa. This is because the project just got retired and needs a final report.
REPORT:
We are first of all very thankful to all of you. This project was very peternent that we have to do alot to create the widest publicity we could to help support. We have so far got some timbers for the Shelves.
I wish to report that We have not yet received any disbursement in this regard. Yesterday we wrote a mail requesting for the disbursement so that we can be able to pay for the shipment which is now packed and waiting for shipping cost to be effected as soon as the disbursement is made.
As soon as we receive the disbursement and the payment of the shipping cost is made, and books are cleared from the Douala port,we shall give another report on the duplicate project.
The Duplicatre project still on this issue is because the project retired wihtout haveing raised enough money for the project to completed. It was also noted that more computers monitors will be added to the consighment and expenses at thelevel of the port including inland transport to the school, providing reading Benches and Electricity for this purpose.
I wish to invite those who supported this project to visit the duplicate which is meant to raise more and enough money to do other things in relationg to this project.
More report about this project shall be givecn in the duplicate project which is currently active.
We would be grateful if this report can push our disbursement to be effected as soon as possible. This will enable us to pay for shipping. Books and Computer monitors have been parked awaiting us.
Thank you very mush for reading.
