In these video logs, we will capture the everyday life of four high school seniors and show that teens today are not alone in the struggles they are faced with. We have the courage to speak on behalf of our generation and we plan to demonstrate that students are not alone and they can reach out for help! In addition, Club teens will learn about the video production and editing process.
This project will reach out and help today's youth. We are looking to bring a sense of connection and belonging though our shared experiences and struggles that many youth today face. Youth need to hear from their peers that they are not alone.
Isolation! Too many of our peers turn outward to violence or inward to self-inflicted pain, even suicide, because they feel like they are all alone. We plan on addressing many of the challenges that teens today are faced with. In addition, Club teens will learn how to tell their own story, storyboard a compelling video and to produce and edit their videos.
Youth learn to make good decisions on the challenges which face them daily.
