I would like to sincerely thank you on behalf of the staff and on behalf of the AIDS orphans educational support program for your generous donations to CHHASE.
In this thanks giving season letter we would like to share some of the most important events with you about the program you have supported. Your support has enabled us to provide 4 AIDS orphans school fee, new dresses, uniforms, toiletry items, food groceries, School kit etc to them and to their grandmothers. These 4 orphans are from two families. They fear about the stigma in society.
Without you, it was not possible for us to educate, feed and provide other necessary material to these orphans.Now one of this orphan, we put him in hostel since the school is too far. I personally visit this child and provide the necessary needs. These four children studying well and want to come up in life. Out of this two families one family got own house and the other, who is a tribal family don’t have a home to stay. They stay in a neighbor shed. The photo attached.
what Muniamma, the tribal grandmother of the orphans said “ I am from poor tribal family. We lived in other village, where my son and daughter in law were affected by AIDS. During that time I was going for work and whatever I earned, I spent for their treatment.
We struggled with son and daughter-in-law for five years. During that time we borrowed money for treatment. But it was no use, they passed away leaving this two children on my head. The money lender took away our small home, and everyone was not allowing us to go near because of AIDS to my son and to my daughter in law.
I shifted my family from there to here with meager money. With the help of Mr.Vincent paul, we are staying in a shed, which belongs to our tribal community people. One year back, I slipped and fall down and broke my knee.
My last wish is that I want to keep them in a own small house and further till my grandchildren education completion I want to be alive and look after them, till they get a job. CHHASE NGO said that all help come to you from someone like you.
Every day we all pray for you to give good health and wealth for you and your family members.
You can even bring more smiles in poor families, As Thanks giving days are nearing, Can you able spare one hour of your valuable busy schedule time to explain about our projects and why you are inspired to your friends and neighbors? This way you can help us to get donations as the needs are growing and our receipts are small.
Or you can send mails to your friends and colleagues about us and you can explain about your involvement in our projects. If you feel, it is comfortable, kindly help us.
Your support towards these under privileged will bring bright future and make them remember you lifelong.
