This project will provide a year of nutritious food for Gusline. Gusline was just three when she was found wandering the streets alone after the earthquake. Her parents are presumed dead. Gusline was very traumatised by the circumstances surrounding her arrival at the orphanage, and for a long time she was quiet and ill. But now, she plays with the other kids and loves school. Nutritious food is key to keeping her strong, healthy, and thriving
As an orphan, Gusline is among the most vulnerable of Haitian children. There isn't a nationwide child protection service operating in Haiti to provide for her basic needs. That means that, without your help, Gusline may have to go without nutritious meals, leaving her more vulnerable to illness and less healthy.
