As part of the Girl Effect Challenge, on November 14, 2012 individual online donations up to $1,000 will be matched at 30% through a matching grant of $5,000 from the Girl Effect.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- The Bonus Day will run on November 14, 2012 between 12:01AM Eastern time/GMT-5 and 11:59PM Eastern time/GMT-5.
- There are $5,000 of available matching funds;
- Matching is applied at 30% up to $1,000 per donor per project on November 14, 2012 between 12:01AM and 11:59PM EST or until matching funds run out;
- Projects must be approved, live on the GlobalGiving.org website, and participating in the Girl Effect Challenge 2012 to be eligible;
- Only online donations (credit card or PayPal) are eligible for matching. Donations made by check, wire, or any other source are not eligible. Donations made by mobile giving are not eligible;
- All online donations received through the GlobalGiving.org or the Nike WE Portal to Girl Effect Challenge projects will be eligible for the 30% matching funds. Donations made on www.globalgiving.co.uk or any other GlobalGiving corporate sites are NOT eligible for matching;
- Unique donors are determined using numerous criteria, including name, email address, credit card number, mailing address, and IP address. We are monitoring these and other parameters in our system to ensure that only unique, distinct donors are counted towards the donor bonus award
- We encourage you to get donations in early, because matching funds will likely run out before the end of the day.
- Please note that GlobalGiving maintains the right to make a final decision on all matters concerning the adjudication of unique donors and final results of Bonus Day and will adjust results accordingly.
