Purchaser must use the promotion code GROWINGUP in the promotion code field when "checking out" on the GlobalGiving.org website.

The book will be shipped, by GlobalGiving, to the donor's billing address.  If the shipping address is different, it must be entered in the donor's profile on GlobalGiving.org.
