The Global Open Challenge is an opportunity for you to earn a spot on the GlobalGiving website.  To qualify, you will need to raise at least $4,000 from 50 or more donors during the Challenge period (August 18 - September 18).  In the past, the most successful projects are those that actively reach out to as many supporters as possible.  This "tool kit" provides you with resources that you can use during the Challenge to help get the word out.

Don't forget to refer to our general Project Leader Tool Kit, which provides other helpful information including an overview of fundraising strategies, tips on using social media, and GlobalGiving logos.

And, if you have suggestions for additional resources that you'd like to see, let us know.

Organizations participating in the challenge can also earn a permanent spot on the GlobalGiving website if they successfully mobilize supporters to raise $4,000 from at least 50 unique donors through GlobalGiving during the contest.
