Facebook Users Moving Relief Provisions To Haiti

Donations for Haitians impacted by the recent earthquake are generous, but the costs of moving the aid to Haiti can keep aid from reaching victims. The cost to ship one 40' container of aid, process it and deliver to organizations in Haiti is about $8,000.00. This is in addition to the cost of the food and relief provisions inside. The donations for food and relief make a difference only if they get on the ground quickly. Our pooled donations will help move aid now, when it's most needed.
