To make schools enabling environments for all students by empowering educators to become energetic, effective, reflective practitioners and life-long learners.

Programs

The Teacher Foundation works with the adults in government, affordable private and private schools to improve the content, methods and quality of the teacher student interaction. To this effect, TTF has content enrichment in English and Math, changing teacher perceptions of students, content development, research and development for teachers and school heads. TTF's signature program is the Whole School Turnaround which is a two-year intervention that aims to create sustained change in student learning outcomes by intensive efforts at the school infrastructure, policy, teaching, learning and assessment levels. Based on a detailed needs analysis of the participating school, the programme will be tailored to meet the needs of teachers, principals and management through training and school based support.
