The mission of IN Network (Ghana) is to connect Christian partners in effective Evangelism, Discipleship and Community Development.The organization's goal is to promote human and community development for the relief of socio-economic problems and cultural injustices with a focus on women and children. IN Network (Ghana) is an autonomous chartered affiliate of a global not-for-profit organization called IN Network, operating in over 37 countries in Asia, Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, and the Americas. The organization stands on three main pillars; Evanelism, Discipleship and Community Development.

Mission

Programs

IN Network (Ghana) works in the following operational areas: 1. Child Protection, Care and Education Under this thematic area, IN Network(Ghana) focuses on education and child assistance programme which is currently carried out in ten (10) schools. We also run projects in anti child labour/trafficking. 2.Water, Sanitation and Hygiene IN Network (Ghana) provides potable water for schools and communities where we operate 3. Health and Longevity This area of our intervention covers our educational programmes on sexually transmitted infections, reproductive health, HIV/AIDS, medical outreaches for our schools and communities and our nutritional supplement programme. The nutritional supplementary programme aims at improving the nutritional health of our school children by providing a balanced meal for the school children daily. 4. Advocacy, Gender Empowerment and Skills Training Under this thematic area, IN Network (Ghana) runs vocational skills training programmes and also implements projects in skills training for victims of Commercial Sexual Exploitation. 5. Microfinance and Enterprise Development Under this thematic area, IN Network (Ghana) runs projects to reduce poverty among vulnerable groups with a focus on women and children in selected communities by providing microfinance for them. IN Network (Ghana) also runs a community farming project aimed at providing employment and improving on incomes for project beneficiaries. 6. Evangelism and Discipleship This area of IN Network (Ghana) focuses on improving the spiritual lives of people.
