The organisation realised the problem of water shortage in the community and so it has tried to address theproblem by soliciting fund from donor agencies to give and construct domestic water tank, this project is called domestic water harvesting. The tippy tap help poeple to was their hand after use of toilet and this has reduced the rate at which people get diseases. the stoves that we constructed for the community members helps alot in conserving the environment. Map of CHEDRA HELPS THE CHILDREN AND THE ELDERLY The story from CHEDRA as told by Eddie of Katwe-Butego says that, the organisation is a non-governmental organisation and it has made a tremendous change to the people of Katwe.The residents of the village are elderly people and there is a good number of children who donot have access to school due to lack of school fees.Therefore the above problems were noticed by the organisation and as i am writing now a good number of pupils are in school courtsey of CHEDRA For the elderly, houses and water tanks have been constructed for them.
