Funds used to serve the HIV infected children.

Served the HIV infected children by taking the list from local govt hospitals. Among the list some of the children are from below poverty line and the rest orphans. We personally went to the each children's home towns and met their parents/guardians and inquired about the child health condition. Based on the information collected from their family members, we distributed Nutrition stuff to 120 HIV/AIDS infected children and conducted regular health check ups for needy children.

 Child background:

Nagaraju is elder son to his parents. He came from a very poorfamily. His parents were also affected with HIV/AIDS but his younger sister is not. His father and mother both work as daily labourers in their village. The child Nagaraju was facing several health problems, so his parents got tensed about their child's health. When Nagaraju came to our organization, he was very weak and his CD4 count was also very low.

Present situation:

By the nutrition support of PSM, his health condition was improved a lot and now he is facing health problems very few times only. His CD4 count also improved when compared to the previous. His parents are very happy by seeing their son’s health.  Your kind donation is spent on monthly nutritious rations to Nagaraju.

Funds used to run Destitute Senior Citizens Home

We (Priyadarshini Seva Mandali) working in Khammam District, Andhra Pradesh, India for past 20 years on HIV/AIDS and Midday Mela Program for destitute senior citizens and now, in Hyderbad we established a home for destitute senior citizens. The beneficiaries in this home are the orphaned old age persons & those who are thrown out by their families. For them we provide a home with total free of cost with very good facilities.The total number of beneficiaries for this project is 35-40 members.The benefits we provide are:

1) Breakfast 

2) Lunch ( Rice, Pickel, Curry, Sambar/Rasam & Curd)

3) Snacks in evening time( Biscuits, fruits etc..)

4) Dinner ( Rice, Pickel, Curry, Sambar/Rasam & Curd) or Roti

5) Medical Facility

The nutritious mid day meal program is a daily based program which is successfully running at our organization. The beneficiaries of this program are very poor senior citizens those who can't even get daily a meal for those needy people only we are running this program. The total no. of beneficiaries for this program are 40-50 members those beneficiaries will come to our organization and get the meal form 11:00 Am to 02:00 PM. In this mid-day meal program the benefits we provide are: 1) Rice 2) Pickle 3) Curry 4) Sambar/ Rasam 5) Curd. This program is one of the most successful program for our organization.
