Mission

To transform an environmental epidemic into hope by empowering young and impoverished women in Ghana, and providing them with the tools necessary to practice a trade, make a living, and become self-reliant leaders of their community.

Programs

Aid the transition of beneficiaries from program into self-reliance through counseling and job assistance. Tailor the curriculum to current job market needs including English language, entrepreneurial and technical skills. Educate beneficiaries about financial savings programs and facilitating their enrollment. Create and support a matching savings program of up to 4 CEDI per week (US $2.86) and encourage each beneficiary to accumulate at least USD $500 in savings by graduation.
