Programs

We are an all-volunteer, 501(c)3 nonprofit that, since 1996, has provided expert bird care education to Northern California pet bird guardians, potential adopters and shelter staff at no cost. In addition, we pay for avian vet care, provide long-term foster homes with trained volunteers and develop adopters for hundreds of injured, ill and abandoned pet birds that would otherwise be untreated or euthanized every year. Over 90% of the funds we raise go to pay avian vet bills.
