Education for Employment- Egypt (EFE)

EFE-Egypt's mission is to: 1) Place unemployed and underemployed young Egyptian men and women in gainful secure employment, 2) Increase private sector recognition that the marginalized, unemployed youth pool in Egypt is a strong source of talent that can contribute to corporate growth, 3) Increase recognition of the value and powerful impact of education on behavior, performance and attitude to work, and 4) Increase the percentage of Egyptian youth in the private formal sector of employment.

Programs

The Education For Employment Foundation - Egypt is an Egyptian nonprofit foundation that empowers youth with limited opportunity through innovative, market-based training, job placement and alumni support programs. EFE-Egypt partners with local and international businesses to provide state-of-the-art training linked directly to job opportunities in the country. After completing the training program, EFE-Egypt youth continue to benefit from support through the EFE-Egypt alumni program.
