Mission

CasaSito increases educational opportunities in rural areas so that indigenous children living in poverty can attend school, receive quality instruction, and obtain the skills they need to improve their lives.

Programs

CasaSito coordinates with Guatemalan-led associations to address the educational needs in rural villages. We offer scholarships to middle and high school students, support schools and day care centers with materials, teacher salaries, and administration courses, and we organize festivals in art, music, and sports to promote the importance of extracurricular activities for a child's well-rounded development.
