November 2011 was considerably a good month as far as employments are concerned. NOWPDP met 3 new companies, and all turned out to be our potential employers. A total number of 9 candidates were selected and commenced their jobs during this month.
Quite a few number of CVs were sent to us by various organisations, and walk in candidates for job placements, which goes to prove that NOWPDP is now being known for its humble achievements
Please see below links on the recent NOWPDP Art Competition, which brought together 150 children with disabilities to paint and draw, with prizes being given to the winners.
NOWPDP is looking for more donations to keep this programme running. If you would like to donate to fund the programme, or know of someone who would, please donate!

October has not been a favourable month in terms of placements of PWDs. A total number of 3 placements were made. The project team is working to identify companies that are more receptive to hiring people with disabilities, through partner organisations. Events will be held to engage multiple potential employers at once, to utilise time more effectively.
