The organization exists to reduce social causes of poverty among hearing challenged population in central and eastern regions in particular and Kenya in general through access to training and education,mobility of human resources, human capital,capacity building provision,and human right advocacy with a primary purpose of uplifting their living standards socially and economically/social and economic empowerment.
