Riders for Health's mission is to strengthen health systems by addressing one of the most neglected, yet vital, aspects of development for the health of Africa - transportation and logisitics. We achieve this by managing vehicles on a reliable, predictable and cost effective basis, to support the work of our partners who reach rural communities with health care and and other vital services.

Programs

Implementing Transport Resource Management system to ensure sustainable transportation and enhancing local people's skills within programs in Zimbabwe, Nigeria, Lesotho, Zambia and The Gambia. Working with health authorities, WHO, UN, ngos, commercial sector. In Kenya collaborating with AID Village Clinics on transportation, working to ameliorate and reverse high rates of HIV/AIDS infection and infections by other disease.
