Programs

Vision Africa currently supports over 1800 children, working in partnership with local community based organisations.Vision Africa currently supports over 1,800 children, working in partnerships with local community based organisations. Our work includes: Early Years Education: Giving young children a strong foundation for their Primary education by developing language and numeracy skills. Primary education: Supporting children through our sponsorship programme. After school tuition: Providing a supportive environment to reinforce learning and improve academic performance. Special Educational Needs: Ensuring that children of all abilities have the opportunity to reach their full potential. Seed of Hope: Educating disadvantaged youths in vocational skills, enterprise skills and life skills, giving them increased opportunities for independence through self-employment or employment. Children's Homes: Working in partnership to provide a nurturing environment for orphaned, abandoned, vulnerable children from new born through to teens. Sports and Creative Arts: Giving children the opportunity to explore and develop their sporting and creative talents through extra curricular activities which are not offered within the education system. Developing sustainability: Supporting every partner organisation to develop small businesses to ensure long term independence and sustainability.
