WomensTrust, Inc.

Our mission is to empower women and girls in Pokuase & Nsawam, Ghana, through microenterprise development, education, and healthcare and to inspire others to do the same elsewhere. Microloans support self-sufficiency, job creation, and promote the beginning of middle class stability. Microlending in Pokuase and Nsawam is the foundation of our success, and the relationships it fosters guide our holistic approach to community development. Our microloans help women to rise above unstable earnings of $1 a day.

Programs

WomensTrust Microlending Program: $100-$190 provides a loan for business expansion. $225-$3,000 allows women to enroll in our Entrepreneurs Club and receive higher-level loans. WomensTrust Education Program - Annual Costs: $100 covers primary school fees for one girl annually. $125 covers junior secondary school fees for one girl annually. $250 covers senior secondary school fees for one girl annually.
